Clinic Testimonials:

On behalf of all of us at the workshop, let me state that we throroughly enjoyed the two days and that it opened all our eyes to a much better way to work with our horses. We will cherish your wisdom and try to help each other apply it. Thank you for helping us learn more about our horses and ourselves.
Daniela Maltauro, Hudson, QC

We had a fab time, and for those of you who were not able to attend- all I can say is WOW!  Anne has a wonderful eye- she is right up there with Chris in diagnosing, and not much (like nothing over the 3 days) gets by her.  She is a gifted coach and we were all very lucky that she agreed to come to NS.
Faye Salsman, Coldbrook, NS

It was great seeing you & attending your clinic at Old Orchard. Myself, Kate and her students found it very interesting & enlightening. We were moving some horses last week & as it always happens, there will be one who "is horrible to load" - owner talking.  Her history loading with her previous owners was with brooms, pushing & shoving & of course accompanied by lots of yelling, whistling & slapping of the horses rear-end. That has never been Kate's method & Kate assured the owner that her mare would be fine but the young 16 year old owner wanted to try first.  The bucket of "treats" came out with the owner saying, as she's walking towards the trailer to load, "I know she's not going to load.  I just know it."  Kate verbally reassured & quietly guided her. After about 25 minutes with the horses front hooves only on the ramp Kate said, "would you like me to try?"  She used a couple of the techniques that you taught in the clinic.  Kate invited her in & lead her into the trailer without the slightest hesitation. It took about 10 minutes. Wow!  Everyone including myself was so impressed. Finally, the mare had her first good experience loading.  I expect the next time won't take as long.  What a great lesson to the young people and their parents who watched.  So your great expertise and tips shared at the clinic came into good use and I think there's one more horse that will start to enjoy her trailer rides.
Donna Nadeau, Mississauga, ON

I appreciated Anne's approach as a trainer with just the right combination of theory and hands-on exercises.  She knows her stuff, had patience, a sense of humor, and she's a good communicator.
Un gros MERCI!
Pierre, Ottawa, ON

Just a quick note to tell you how much I enjoyed your clinic yesterday. As always, it was a great learning experience and a really nice group... of people and horses. I don't know how you manage all the things that are going on at the same time.
Cheers
Deb Locking, King, ON

I so enjoyed watching the last clinic - you have a wonderful ability to teach and your smile and laughter makes what could be daunting seem possible.
Regards
Wolff Knipping, Amaranth, ON

I can only say that Anne is a great coach.  Given that we were a fairly large group you could see that she tried to pay attention to all of us and address each individuals needs since not everyone was at the same level.  She is confident and looks so natural which provides a perfect model. I enjoyed my weekend  :)
Merci
Martin, Cumberland, ON

I appreciate your humour , your patience, your skill and your genuine presence . I can't wait to do the lunging again; well... actually, maybe a day or two from now so my body recovers. Tommorrow is looking very promising for a day 'in hand'.
Thank you
